If your ActivPanel does not have an Internet connection

Please follow the instructions carefully and in order to avoid causing damage to your ActivPanel.

  1. Connect a blank USB 2.0 drive to your computer.
  2. Download the update by clicking this link and saving it to the root of your USB drive.
  3. Do not rename the file, as the ActivPanel Titanium will only be able to update using a file entitled AP7B-Update.zip. Please also check that your computer has not renamed the file.
    • NB: If you are on a Mac using Safari, you should ensure that your browser does not open safe files after downloading. To do this, open your browser, click the Safari menu, and then select Preferences. On the General tab, uncheck Open safe files after downloading at the bottom of the window.
  4. To install the update on the ActivPanel Titanium, connect the USB drive to an available USB port, for example the USB port on the front.
  5. In the Update app, tap Local Update.
  6. The ActivPanel Titanium will search the USB drive for the AP7B-Update.zip file. Follow the on-screen prompts to install it.
  7. Once updated, the ActivPanel Titanium will restart. Do not interact with the ActivPanel until it has fully restarted.
