In this session, participants will learn the basics of some of the most effective Google apps for education like Drive, Docs, and Slides. Participants will learn how they can use Google Drive to set up shared class folders, how students can collaborate on Google Docs to share ideas, and how Google apps can improve workflow in general for both teachers and students. Join us as we start from square one with Google!

Title: Boom! I have your Task Cards!

Love using task cards in your classroom but hate buying all that ink and paper? If so, then this is definitely the session for you! Come learn how to use digital task cards in your classroom that are easy to create, engaging, and effective. Boom Cards provide immediate feedback to your students while they practice those important digital literacy skills like clicking, typing, and dragging and dropping. You can do a whole class activity on the interactive whiteboard or flat panel or students can complete their Boom Cards on their own device. Boom cards are paperless, self-grading, and easy to use. Grading and differentiating have never been so easy!

The littleBits Code Kit includes modular electronic hardware building blocks that create circuitry projects, which are then programmed through the Blockly-based littleBits coding application.
